After three days of treatment, Madhuben’s health was found to be improving and he was discharged

But as Kalpesh sustained head injuries, he was shifted to Ahmedabad Hospital for further treatment where he was declared brought dead by the doctors. The police have registered a case against the bike collided with the tempo no.GJ3BY-8301 and started searching for the driver. The complaint also states that the tempo was parked on the side of the road without turning on the indicator light even though there was an open space before it.
